ORDERS BY POST: are handled quickly and efficiently. It is an advantage to include your purchase order with stock codes.

SPECIALS ORDERS: (Personalised Products)
Simple Special Orders can be telephoned through to the Sales Office. We ask for the required information and copy details, then prepare the production instructions. We will send artwork proofs and an acknowledgment of order including all costs.
Complex Specials Orders should be sent with your official order and all relevant colour copy details.

PROOFS: are forwarded by Post, Fax or Email to your address.
They are full colour with no extra charge for laserjet paper proofs.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF ORDERS: are forwarded with the proofs and will indicate all the details and instructions for the order and all relevant costings to enable you to check your purchase order and account / payment details.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS: If an order is cancelled which is already work in progress it will be subject to a cancellation charge.
